Features of the
Grants-in-Aid Program
当財団の助成金給付の対象は、全ての人が安全に活き活きと働くことのできる社会（職場）環境に関する調査・研究を行う大学・研究所等における研究活動としております。全ての人が安全に活き活きと働くことのできる社会（職場）環境とは「快適な職場環境の提供」であり、目指しているのは、その職場環境の中で働く方々が、より活き活きと働いたり、研究したりできる 環境の提供です。
The Foundation's subsidy is intended for research activities at universities and research institutes that conduct surveys and research on social (workplace) environments where all people can work safely and energetically. A social (workplace) environment in which all people can work safely and energetically means "providing a comfortable work environment," and our goal is to create a workplace in which people who work in the environment can work and conduct research with utmost enthusiasm.
