個人情報の保護に関する
法律に基づく公表事項

Public Announcement in Accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

公益財団法人ダイオーズ記念財団（以下「当財団」といいます）は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成15年5月30日法律第57号）
（以下「法」といいます）に基づき、以下の事項を公表いたします。

The Daiohs Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the " Foundation") publicly announces the following matters based on the Act on Protection of Personal Information (Law No. 57 of May 30, 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").

個人情報の利用目的に関する
事項（法第18条1項）

Matters concerning purposes of using the personal information (Article 18. 1 of the Act).

当財団は、いただいた個人情報について、下記1.の事業内容に関し、下記2.の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で取扱うこととし、
その範囲を超えて取扱いはいたしません。

Regarding the activities of the following 1, the Foundation treat the personal information we received when deemed necessary for achieving the purposes of following 2, and it shall not handle the information beyond the range.

1.事業内容

大学、短期大学、高等専門学校及び高等学校に学ぶ学生等への奨学金の給付
To offer scholarships for students studying at universities and graduate schools.
内外に対して全ての人が安全に活き活きと働くことのできる社会環境に関する調査・研究を行う大学・研究所等における研究活動への助成
To provide grants for research or projects at universities or research institutes globally that conduct surveys and research on social environments where all people can work safely with enthusiasm.
内外に対して全ての人が安全に活き活きと働くことのできる社会環境の普及・啓発
To raise public awareness for the social environment where all people can work safely with enthusiasm.
その他事業目的を達成するために必要な事業およびこれらに付随する業務（今後発生する業務を含む
To engage in other necessary activities to achieve the objective of the preceding section.

2.利用目的

2.Purpose of use

奨学金給付および助成金給付の申込受付および法的に必要な事項の確認のため
For accepting applications for scholarship and grants and confirming legally necessary matters.
申込者との契約や法律等に基づく権利の行使や義務の履行のため
To exercise the right based on the contract with the applicant or the law etc. and to fulfill the obligation.
各種事業内容に関するご提案やご案内のため
For suggestions and guidance concerning various activities.
奨学金給付および助成金給付後の事後管理のため
For management after providing scholarship and grants.
人種、信条、門地、本籍地、保健医療または犯罪経歴についての情報等、特別の非公開情報は、適切な事業運営その他の必要と認められる目的以外には利用・第三者提供をいたしません。
Specific privately held information, such as information on race, creed, lineage, domicile, health care or criminal background, shall not be used and provided to a third party, other than for appropriate management or other necessary purposes.
